* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

Tracks Owned by NASCAR

By using the full name, the title would align with Wikipedia's standards for descriptive and precise article titles, while also providing context about the organization's focus on stock car auto racing.
